て前記デイスクロータの軸心に平行な方向に移動
可能に支持されたブレーキパツドと、前記トルク
受け部材により支持され、前記ブレーキパツドを
前記デイスクロータに押し付けるアクチユエータ
と、前記ブレーキパツドと前記アクチユエータと
の間に介挿される鳴き防止シムとを含むデイスク
ブレーキにおいて、前記トルク受け部材とブレー
キパツドとの間に介挿される錆付防止板に、前記
デイスクロータとは反対側へ、前記ブレーキパツ
ドが新品の状態においても前記鳴き防止シムの側
縁と当接可能な長さで延び出す位置決め突部を設
け、鳴き防止シムのデイスクロータ周方向におけ
る位置決めを行わせるようにしたことを特徴とす
る錆付防止板。 (2) 前記位置決め突部が、前記錆付防止板をト
ルク受け部材に固定するための爪部が延長された
