基づき前記電動機への通電電流が所定値を超えて
いるか否かを判別する判別手段と、該判別手段の
出力信号に基づき前記電動機への通電電流が所定
値を超えている時前記発電機の発電量を増大させ
る発電量増大手段と、を有することを特徴とする
