In other words, a pair of C-shaped steels (channel steel with lips) are placed vertically and substantially parallel to each other and face each other back-to-back, and a coil spring of a predetermined strength is inserted between the two C-shaped steels in the C-shape. A required number of coil springs are installed at a predetermined pitch in the longitudinal direction of the steel, and both ends of the coil springs are connected to each C-beam, thereby connecting the two upper and lower C-beams to form a set of structures.

Therefore, this floor frame can be easily made by inserting joint materials into the grooves of C-shaped steel and joining them to the required length, and by laying a large number of them in parallel at predetermined intervals, and installing floor panels between them. By erecting a tatami mat, a floor structure can be constructed, and by laying tatami mats on top of the tatami mat, the structure will elastically support the floor and be able to withstand impact loads.

次に、この考案の実施例を説明する。 Next, an example of this invention will be described.

Figure 1 shows three floor frames 1 according to this invention.
The state immediately before A, 1B, and 1C are joined in series using joint materials 2 and 2 is shown. This is a generic term for the floor frames 1, 1A, 1B, and 1C. same as below)
As shown in the cross section in Figure 2, the length is
Two C-shaped steels 3 and 3', 3500 mm to 4800 mm, with a cross-sectional size of about 100 x 50 mm, are placed vertically parallel to each other, and
The grooves face each other back to back with the grooves opening upward and downward, and the vertical interval H is about 80 mm.
Between the two upper and lower C-shaped steels 3, 3', a large number of compression coil springs 4 of a predetermined strength are installed at pitches of about 900 mm to 1000 mm in the longitudinal direction of the C-shaped steel. That is, bowl-shaped spring receivers 5, 5' are fixed at symmetrical positions on the opposing surfaces of the upper and lower C-shaped steels 3, 3' with bolts, etc., and both ends of the coil spring 4 are inserted into the spring receivers 5, 5. In addition, the upper and lower two C-beams 3 are fixed together by welding or the like, and held together via a coil spring 4.
3' are connected so that they can be handled as a set of structures. In the grooves of the upper and lower C-beams 3 and 3',
A reinforcing plate 6 is fixed to prevent the twisting.

Therefore, the floor frames 1A, 1B, 1C in FIG.
In the groove of each C-beam 3, 3', insert joint material 2, 2, which is a rather small channel-shaped steel and has a length of about 30 cm.
By inserting and connecting with bolts 7 and nuts 8, it can be used as a series of extensions to the required length.

That is, the floor frames 1, which have been added to the required length (for example, 14 m), are installed parallel to each other in only one direction at a pitch of approximately 900 mm. Wooden panels 9... having a width equal to the pitch of the floor frame 1... are constructed in a row in the longitudinal direction of the floor frame 1, and the crosspieces 9a, 9a on both sides are connected to the upwardly facing lip of the C-shaped steel 3. It is hooked inside (Figure 5).
