PURPOSE:To contrive to facilitate the installation of a kneader, to reduce its operating cost, to eliminate the generation of noise and at the same time to maintain the cushioning by a method wherein a lifting cylinder is raised and lowered by supplying and discharging hydraulic oil to and from the cylinder and also a floating cylinder is raised and lowered together with a cushioning cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A lifting cylinder 25 is provided in the rod of the piston 28 of a cushioning cylinder 23. A connecting rod 22 is hollow so as to let the lifting cylinder to insert therein. In addition, the rod 26 of the lifting cylinder 25 is connected to a top plate 32 so as to allow the cushioning cylinder 23 to freely vertically move. thus, by supplying hydraulic oil to a lower hydraulic pressure chamber 34 and discharging it from an upper hydraulic pressure chamber 35, the lifting cylinder is lowered so as to lower the cushioning cylinder 23, the connecting rod 22, which is connected to the cushioning cylinder, and a floating weight 21 in order to push raw material in a chamber 36. ような場所においては設置不可能なケースも生じる重大
な欠点があシ、また、エアシリンダによっても昇降を行
なうため、高圧エアの消費量の削減量も少ない、という
