を検出する検出装置を有し該検出装置によつて被
加工歯車の歯先又は歯溝を所定の角度位置に位置
決めする被加工歯車位置決め機構と、歯車形工具
の側面に設けられ、かつ歯車形工具の歯数と同数
の爪を有する爪車及び該爪車の爪と係合する部材
を介して前記歯車形工具を回動し歯車形工具の歯
溝又は歯先を被加工歯車の歯先又は歯溝に対向さ
せる歯車工具位置決め機構と、前記爪に係合する
部材を前記爪車から離脱させる逃がし機構とを備
えたことを特徴とする歯車仕上盤の歯車形工具自
動噛合せ装置。 (2) 検出装置がセンサと該センサを内蔵するセ
ンサホルダで構成され、さらに、前記センサホル
ダを前記被加工歯車の歯面に一定の押圧力で圧接
