Claims (1)
体の外壁側と内壁側の差圧を検出する差圧計と、
あらかじめ計測した一定時間内の差圧値及びその
差圧値に対応する一定時間内の流量値のそれぞれ
の平均値又は度数分布のピーク値から求められる
差圧―流量のデータ対を記憶しておく記憶手段と
、上記差圧計から出るアナログ信号をデジタル信
号に変換するＡ／Ｄ変換器と、Ａ／Ｄ変換器の出
力信号から一定時間内の実測差圧の平均値又は度
数分布のピーク値を算出し、その算出値を上記記
憶手段のデータ対に対応させて流量を算出する手
