Clean it from time to time, and then apply resin wax to repair it. This surface cleaning is carried out to remove the surface layer of the resin wax film along with dirt. Normally, this surface cleaning and repair application is performed once or twice a month, and is continued for a year or two. During this period, dirt that was not completely removed during each surface cleaning builds up.
Eventually, even if you keep repeating this process, you will not be able to obtain a satisfactory aesthetic appearance.

After applying a cleaning agent for removal on the resin wax film,
This is done using a poly lasher with a floor pad attached. The cleaning agent used at that time is a surfactant (

Therefore, when this resin wax is used, the interval between surface cleaning and repair application becomes longer, and the labor required for floor cleaning can be reduced accordingly.

The cleaning of floors in such places needs to be completed within a certain short period of time, but the conventional cleaning agent for removing acrylic resin wax mentioned above can be replaced with urethane resin wax. Even if applied, it cannot be removed within a short time.

Attempts were made to create a paint remover, but it could not be put to practical use because it would dissolve vinyl chloride flooring materials, which are often used as flooring materials, and the adhesive that fixes the flooring materials to the floor surface.

It could not be put into practical use because it had a strong impact on workers.

下する。(Components) (a) Ethylene oxide/adduct of cyclohexylamine In the ethylene oxide adduct of cyclohexylamine, the number of moles of ethylene oxide added must be 2 to 6 moles per mole of cyclohexylamine. If the number of moles is less than 2 moles, it is inappropriate because it has a strong unpleasant odor and cannot be used continuously for a long time. When the number of moles added exceeds 6 moles, the dissolving power for urethane resin wax becomes small, resulting in a decrease in wax removal performance.

Exceeding this is uneconomical because the removal performance does not improve.

Ethylene glycol monoethyl ether and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether are effective as glycol solvents, which may be used either alone or as a mixture of the two. However, since these are highly toxic and have a strong odor, if a cleaning agent containing them is used on a poorly ventilated floor, it will have an impact on cleaning workers, so they have been excluded from the present invention.
