て大きい直径の光学繊維上の係合したコネクター
半部分のレールの自己中心づけ作用を示すレール
領域の断面図、第5図は第3図の線5―5に沿つ
て切断して小さい直径の光学繊維上の係合接続し
たコネクター半部分のレールの自己中心づけ作用
力を示す断面図、第6図は接続される夫々の光学
繊維の精密位置ぎめ切断処理を行うように本考案

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第1及び第2の同一なコネクター半部分と、該
    第1及び第2のコネクター半部分を接続する接続
    手段とからなる光学繊維線接続用コネクターであ
    つて、 上記第1及び第2のコネクター半部分のそれぞ
    れは、 押型を用いて同じ形に形成された表面と、 上記表面に押型を用いて同じ形に形成された溝
    と、 上記溝に押型を用いて同じ形に形成され、光学
    繊維線の直径よりも短い距離だけ互いに離された
    1対の平行な凸部と、 上記表面の上に配置されそして互いに離された
    少なくとも1個の整列用開口及び1個の整列用突
    起部分であつて、一方のコネクター半部分が上下
    左右を逆にして上記溝同士が対向するように他方
    のコネクター半部分に合わされた時に、係合する
    ような形状及び寸法のものと、 上記凸部の間に光学繊維線を保持するための保
    持手段とを有し、 上記凸部は、上記溝の上に延びる上記表面の延
    長面を仮想した場合に、上記保持手段により上記
    凸部の間に保持された状態の光学繊維線の主軸が
    該延長面に関して上記凸部とは反対側に位置され
    るように高さが決められており、かつ上記凸部は
    上記光学繊維より軟い材料で作られており、 上記接続手段は、 上記整列用開口と上記整列用突起部分とが合致
    し、且つ接続される光学繊維線の端部同士が接触
    して同軸的に整列された状態で、上記凸部から受
    ける力に抗して上記第1及び第2の同一のコネク
    ター半部分を結合し且つ保持するためのものであ
    る 光学繊維線接続用コネクター。
