プレートにおいて、上記ダイアフラム膜のシール
部の少くとも一つのコーナーには、一端が窪状濾
過部へ通じ、他端が芯板の集排液用導管の中心へ
向う傾斜導管に連通する複数条の排液溝を形成し
、かつ上記排液溝のうちの最下部の排液溝が、上
記窪状濾過部の最下端に連通していることを特徴
