Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 装置枠に電動機によつて駆動される主軸を垂直
    に軸支し、前記装置枠に昇降可能に支持した昇降
    台を昇降させる昇降用カムを前記主軸に設け、数
    個の絞り片を枠体に開閉可能に支持した食品成形
    切断機本体の前記枠体を前記昇降台に装着し、前
    記主軸と連動しまたは前記電動機によつて回転す
    るカム軸を昇降台に軸支し、前記カム軸に着脱可
    能に開閉用カム板を固定し、このカム板に支持し
    た開閉軸を昇降台に移動可能に支持させ、前記開
    閉軸に動力伝達機構を介して前記絞り片を開閉す
    る操作杆を連結し、主軸の回転によつてカム板の
    形状に追従して絞り片を開閉するようにしたこと
    を特徴とする食品切断機の駆動装置。
