【考案の詳細な説明】 コンクリート構築物の表面を自然石の石積模様
又は、竹林その他の自然環境に調和した色彩と模
様を表現するようにしたコンクリート構築物、あ
るいは市街地の一般建造物のコンクリート面に各
種の模様、造形美術等を転写、成型したコンクリ
ート構築物を築造する場合には、コンクリート型
枠の内側面のコンクリート面に、前記各種の模
様、造形美術等を成型するマツトを従来は適当な
接着剤で貼着していたが、コンクリート型枠が比
較的短期間で破損するものであるため、マツトを
該コンクリート型枠から取外す作業が困難で、更
に取外したマツトも取外し作業中に破損すること
が多く、新らしいコンクリートに貼着して再度使
用することができず、極めて不経済でその解決方
法が求められていた。本考案は前述の諸問題を解
決し得るコンクリート構築物の築造装置を提供す
るもので、以下本考案の望ましい実施例を添付図
面に基づいて説明する。

4をハンマー(図示せず)等で叩き、マツトDと
コンクリート型枠Eとを一体に固着した状態を示
す部分図を夫々示している。即ち圧着具Aは例え
ば鉛材のような塑性を有する材料を選び、内部を
中空部2を有する円錐状体1に構成し、その頂部
に固着具Bを挿通孔3が穿設されてあり、この挿
通孔3にマツトDを貫通してコンクリート型枠E
に突き刺さる固着部5を有する固着具Bを挿入し
て固着部5と対向する頭部をハンマー(図示せ
ず)等で叩き第7図に示すように圧着具Aが平坦
状になつてマツトDとコンクリート型枠Eとを一
体に固着する。即ちマツトを装着したコンクリー
ト型枠は通常のコンクリート作業により数回転用
され、コンクリート型枠が破損した場合には、平
担状になつた圧着具AとマツトDの間にバール
(図示せず)等の先端をこじ入れて圧着具Aを持
ち上げ固着具Bをコンクリート型枠Eおよびマツ
トDから抜き取る。この抜き取り作業は圧着具A
が塑性材で構成されているため容易にバール等を
こじ入れることが可能で、加えて圧着具Aが固着
具Bの頭部4の下側から押し上げることができる
ので、極めて容易、迅速にしかもマツトを傷つけ
たり、破損することを防止でき、マツトの再使用
を可能にしたのである。また圧着具Aは円錐状体
で中空部を構成してあるため、比較的小型でも指
先での取扱いができ、マツトDとコンクリート型
枠Eを一体に固着した後は圧着具Aが平坦状にな
つてマツトDの上面に凸状部を作らないため、コ
ンクリートの硬化後マツトDを固着したコンクリ
ート型枠Eを剥離した後にコンクリート面に凹状
部を形成しないので、コンクリート表面が目的に
かなつた状態で築造できるのである。
