Claims (1)
整流子において、各整流子片はブラシに接触する
バー部分と、アーマチユアコイルに接続するため
の端子部分と、を有し、フラグが整流子片上に一
体に形成されており、フラグがフラグによつて抑
制素子等を整流子片に接続することを可能にする
ように位置決めされていることを特徴とする整流
子。 (2) 請求項1記載の整流子において、フラグが
端子に接近してまたは端子の上に形成されている
ことを特徴とする整流子。 (3) 請求項1または2記載の整流子において、
端子がほぼU形状でありかつ端子部分に当接する
電極によつてアーマチユアコイルのワイヤに対し
て圧縮されて接続され、フラグが電極による邪魔
を避けるように端子部分を邪魔しないように位置
決めされていることを特徴とする整流子。 (4) 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の
整流子において、端子には端子片を半加工するこ
とによつて形成したアパーチヤ、すなわちスロツ
トが設けられており、端子片はフラグを形成する
ように端子に取付けられたままであることを特徴
とする整流子。 (5) 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の
整流子を持つロータおよびモータのシヤフトに取
付けられた巻線アーマチユアを含む分数馬力モー
タにおいて、アーマチユアコイルが端子およびワ
イヤを鍛接することによつて整流子に接続される
ことを特徴とするモータ。 (6) 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の
整流子を持つロータおよびモータのシヤフトに取
付けられた巻線アーマチユアを含む分数馬力モー
タにおいて、アーマチユアコイルがはんだ付けに
よつて整流子片に接続されることを特徴とするモ
ータ。 (7) 請求項6記載のモータにおいて、フラグが
スロツトまたはアパーチヤに折り戻されてワイヤ
および端子の接続部の近くではんだを保持するこ
