片とを備え、前記ワツシヤーは、前記軸部先端側
が嵌合しうる孔と、該孔の周縁に設けられたスリ
ツトとを備え、前記取付部材に形成された取付孔
の一方から前記クリツプの軸部を嵌入するととも
に他方から前記弾性翼片を通過して前記ワツシヤ
ーを軸部に嵌着することにより、前記クリツプを
あらかじめ取付部材に仮止めしておき、該クリツ
プの前記弾性翼片のいずれかを前記支持部材に設
けられた取付孔周縁に係合するように構成された
