<Prior art and problems> The present inventor previously proposed a method for cleaning water supply pipes in buildings using ozone and ultraviolet light (Japanese Patent Application No. 61-21405).
5, Japanese Patent Application No. 61-129250), similar to the water supply and drainage pipes of this building, rust and rust lumps occur on water pipes such as water supply pipes and sewer pipes, causing water to flow through the water pipes. This has led to problems such as deterioration of water quality and clogging of water pipes. Furthermore, due to the unique connection structure of water pipes such as water pipes and sewer pipes, it has been difficult to apply the cleaning technology proposed above as is.

Means for Solving the Problems> Therefore, the present inventor has conducted intensive research to provide a method for cleaning and removing rust from water pipes that is suitable for cleaning and removing rust from water pipes as described above, and has developed the present invention. This led to the discovery of the invention. That is, in the method for cleaning and removing rust from water pipes according to the present invention, a water pipe between adjacent manholes is treated as a treatment pipe, and each of the primary and secondary water passages facing into the manhole at both ends of the treatment pipe is treated as a treatment pipe. The pipes are connected by a bypass path to allow water to flow freely, and a pre-prepared ozonated water injection device sprays ozonated water under high pressure toward the inner surface of the treated pipe to clean and sing the inner surface.
After said cleaning and singing, the bypass path is removed, and the treatment pipe is connected to the respective counterpart water pipes on the primary and secondary sides, and an ultraviolet sterilizer is interposed and left in the connection part, and the connection is made. It is possible to freely irradiate ultraviolet rays to the water flowing inside the unit.

<Function> First, a water pipe between adjacent manholes is used as a treatment pipe, and the primary and secondary water pipes facing the manhole at both ends of the treatment pipe are connected to each other by a bypass path. Since water is freely available, normal water flow is not stopped even during cleaning and poetry work, and the secondary side water flow system is not affected.

Next, a pre-prepared ozonated water injection device injects ozonated water under high pressure toward the inner surface of the treatment pipe, so that deposits such as slime, rust, and rust lumps are weakened by the strong oxidizing power of ozonated water. , and will be washed away by the injection pressure of ozonated water. and removal of slime, rust and rust galls.
After the leak, a new oxide film is formed on the inner surface of the water pipe due to the oxidation effect of ozone water, which prevents rust etc. from re-deposition.

Furthermore, the treatment pipe is connected to each partner water pipe on the primary and secondary sides, and an ultraviolet sterilizer is inserted at the connection.
Since the water flowing through the connection part can be irradiated with ultraviolet rays, the above-mentioned cleaning effect can be maintained by continuously sterilizing the water through ultraviolet rays and preventing the growth of germs and bacteria. Prevents rust and rust from reoccurring.

Next, the ozonated water 7 is sprayed onto the inner surface of the water pipe 1b using the ozonated water injection device 6. The ozone water injection device 6 is an ozone water tank 8
, a high-pressure pump 9, and a hose 11 equipped with a spinner 10 at its tip as known from Japanese Patent Publication No. 14288/1983. The ozone water 7 sealed in the ozone water tank 8 is obtained by dispersing ozone gas into water, and the ozone gas has not yet been converted into oxygen. When the spinner IO of this ozonated water injection device 6 is inserted from one end side of the water pipe lb, this spinner 10
It rotates at high speed while spraying diagonally toward the inner surface of the water pipe 1b, and moves by itself toward the other end of the water pipe 1b. Therefore, the slime adhering to the inner surface of water pipe lb,
The strong oxidizing power of the sprayed ozone water 7 promotes oxidation of the rust spots, rust bumps, etc. and makes them brittle, and then they are washed away by the pressure of the spray. Further, after the removal and flow of slime, rust, rust, etc. Ozonated water 7, rust X, etc. that have flowed out of the water pipe lb are discharged from the discharge groove 4.

``・Poetry'' Figure 3 After cleaning and removing rust from the inner surface of the water pipe 1b using the ozone water injection device 6, the bypass path 5 is removed and a valve with a built-in ultraviolet sterilizer is installed in place of the opening/closing valve 2. At 12, the water pipes 1 as 1 bll C are connected to each other, and the valve 12 containing the ultraviolet sterilizer is left as is. The ultraviolet sterilization device built into this valve 12 is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, and can freely irradiate ultraviolet rays to the water passing through the valve 12, so that the water can be continuously sterilized with ultraviolet rays to eliminate bacteria. The cleaning and rust removal of the water pipe 1b is completed when it is 0 or more, to continue to prevent the proliferation of bacteria, etc., maintain the above-mentioned cleaning effect, and prevent the re-occurrence of slime, rust, rust lumps, etc. Other water pipes 1a, IC

Further, the ozone water injection device may be one such as the one shown in the above embodiment, or an ozone generator (ozonizer), an ozone mixer, etc. as shown in the above-mentioned conventional example previously proposed by the present inventor may be used. However, the ozone water 7 may be injected while being manufactured. Further, although a spinner IO is used as a means for spraying the ozonated water 7, the present invention is not limited to this.

(a) Due to the oxidizing power of ozone, slime, rust, rust lumps, mold, and algae that had previously adhered to the inner surface of the water pipe,
It can clean, sterilize, and remove microorganisms, iron bacteria, etc., and (a) Forms an oxide film on the inner surface of the water pipe after cleaning and removing rust due to the action of ozone, preventing the re-occurrence of new rust, etc. (1) Insert an ultraviolet sterilizer at the water pipe connection.
Since the water can be left behind and the water can be irradiated with ultraviolet rays, the water can be continuously sterilized with ultraviolet rays to prevent the growth of germs and bacteria, and maintain the above cleaning effect to eliminate slime, rust, and rust. It is possible to semi-permanently prevent the reoccurrence of bumps, and (1) During work, water can flow freely through the primary and secondary sides using a bypass path, so even during cleaning and rust removal work, the secondary side can be freely circulated. It does not affect the water system, uses ozone and ultraviolet light, and does not use chemicals, resin paints, water treatment chemicals, etc., so it is safe and hygienic, and does not add odor or color to the water flowing through it, making it suitable for daily use. It is suitable for treating water pipes that carry tap water.
