Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平板状の表面が絶縁性の磁性体板の表裏各
    面に、面の１側辺から対向する他側辺まで延在す
    る金属膜を、１つ以上面に密着し、かつ互いに交
    差することなく設け、前記表裏の金属膜群が順に
    表から裏へ、裏から表へと磁性体板をらせん状に
    囲み１つのコイルを形成するように、表裏の金属
    膜が磁性体板の側辺に設けた切欠き部において連
    結され、該連結切欠き部が磁性体板の左右側辺で
    、左から右、右から左と交替していることを特徴
    とする平板状インダクタ。 (2) 前記第１項の金属膜群が、表面に設けた２
    つの帯状の金属膜と、裏面のほぼ全面に設けた１
    つの金属膜からなるものである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の平板状インダクタ。
