部及び上記超電導コイルより高温で超電導状態に
転移する超電導線よりなる永久電流スイツチを備
えた超電導マグネツト装置。 (2) 第1の冷媒は液体窒素であり、第2の冷媒
は液体ヘリウムである実用新案登録請求の範囲第
