前照灯の一実施例を示し、模式的に描いた側面図
である。第２図は上記実施例の作用、効果説明図
である。第３図は公知例のプロジエクタ型前照灯
の説明図である。第４図乃至第６図は従来例のプ
ロジエクタ型前照灯を示し、第４図は平面図、第
５図は側面図、第６図は正面図である。第７図及
び第８図は上記従来例の光学的特性を示す図表で
ある。 １……凹面鏡、２……光源バルブ、３……凸レ
ンズ、４……シエード、４ａ，４ａ′……カツト
ライン、５……反射板。

Claims (1)
- 反射鏡の焦点近傍に光源バルブを設置し、上記
の光源バルブから出射した光が反射鏡で反射され
てカツトラインを有するシエード近傍で焦点を結
び、凸レンズによつて前記反射光を前方に投射す
るプロジエクタ型の前照灯において、前記凸レン
ズの前側の、該凸レンズよりも下方に反射板を設
けて、該凸レンズ内で散乱した光の一部を斜上方
に反射する構造としたことを特徴とする、プロジ
エクタ型自動車用前照灯。
