よつて連結板とサイドメンバ及びクロスメンバと
の接合部分に高応力が発生することから、これら
をスポツト溶接等で結合することができず、リベ
ツト結合及び隅肉溶接による結合を併用して必要
な結合強度を確保していた。

され且つ上端部分が前記上面連結部にそれぞれ結

れ結合する一対の補強部とからなり、これら側面
連結部及び上面連結部及び下面連結部及び一対の
補強部が単一の板材で形成されていることを特徴
とするものである。

枚の板材の絞り加工により一体的に形成されてい

接で十分な強度が得られ、従来のようにリベツト
結合と隅肉溶接による結合とを併用した2つの接
合法を必要とするものに比べ、結合作業が簡単と
なると共に作業工数も低減される。

結合部をスポツト溶接することが可能となつた。
