解状態における要部断面図、第３図は第１図の組
立完了後の要部断面図、第４図は従来の換気扇の
グリル取付装置を示す斜視図、第５図は第４図に
示す換気扇のグリル取付装置の分解状態断面図、
第６図は第４図に示す換気扇のグリル取付装置の
折曲固定片の折曲げ工程を示す斜視図である。 図において、１：グリル、２：係止部材、３：
挿通孔、４：グリル取付バネ、６：係止孔部、７
：固定ピース、１０：係止突片、である。なお、
図中、同一符号及び同一記号は、同一または相当
部分を示す。
一実施例の分解状態斜視図、第２図は第１図の分
解状態における要部断面図、第３図は第１図の組
立完了後の要部断面図、第４図は従来の換気扇の
グリル取付装置を示す斜視図、第５図は第４図に
示す換気扇のグリル取付装置の分解状態断面図、
第６図は第４図に示す換気扇のグリル取付装置の
折曲固定片の折曲げ工程を示す斜視図である。 図において、１：グリル、２：係止部材、３：
挿通孔、４：グリル取付バネ、６：係止孔部、７
：固定ピース、１０：係止突片、である。なお、
図中、同一符号及び同一記号は、同一または相当
部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 換気扇のグリルに固設した一対の挿通孔を
もつ係止部材と、換気扇本体と着脱可能に係合す
るとともに一部に係止孔部を有するグリル取付バ
ネと、前記グリル取付バネの係止孔部と係止部材
の挿通孔とに挿着されて係止部材に対して係止さ
れる固定ピースとからなる換気扇のグリル取付装
置において、 前記固定ピースを円筒状に形成し、この円筒面
の一部に係止突片を半径方向の外方に突出させて
弾設したことを特徴とする換気扇のグリル取付装
置。 (2) 前記固定ピースの係止突片は、固定ピース
の一部を切り起したものであることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の換気扇のグ
リル取付装置。
