炭酸ガス等の酸素を含まない気体により容器内の空気を
置換して、茶生葉を無酸素状況下に置くと共に、その雰
囲気温度を20〜90℃に加温し、そのまま1〜5時間
保管した後その茶生葉を取出して、通常の製茶法により
製茶するようにした、茶生葉の処理方法。(1) Place fresh tea leaves in a sealable container, replace the air in the container with oxygen-free gas such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide, place the fresh tea leaves in an oxygen-free environment, and lower the ambient temperature.
