タ、さらにピックアップ全体をディスク半径方向に駆動
するスライダアクチュエータ等が設けら九でいる。

ュエータ7はフォーカスエラー信号に対応して対物レン
ズ5をフォーカス方向F(ディスク1と垂直な方向、す
なりち重力Gと平行な方向)に駆動する。その結果レー
ザ光がディスク1上に合焦され、受光素子の出力信号よ
り記録情報の再生信号を得ることができる。また対物レ
ンズ5はトラッキングエラー信号に対応してアクチュエ
ータ6によりトラッキング方向Tに駆動される。その結
果ディスク1上の情報検出点としてのスポット光がトラ
ックを追従するように制御される。アクチュエータ6は
、トラッキング方向Tが車両の進行方向りと略垂直とな
るように設置されている。すなわち対物レンズ5は車両
の進行方向りと略垂直なトラッキング方向Tには移動自
在に支持されているが、進行方向りと平行な方向には移
動自在となっていない。従って車両が走行に従って加速
又は減速しても、その影響はトラッキング方向には現わ
れず、急発進あるいは急停止等により情報検出点がトラ
ック飛びを起こすことが防止される。またピックアップ
4はスライダエラー信号に対応してスライダアクチュエ
ータ8によりディスク1の半径方向Sに駆動される。こ
の駆動方向Sも車両の進行方向りと略垂直となっている
。換言すれば、各アクチュエータ6.7.8の駆動方向
T、F、Sは、第2図に示すように、すべて車両の進行
方向りに対して略垂直な方向になされている。従って各
アクチュエータは車両の加減速によって影響されない。
