Claims (1)
- 圧電素子が複数積層された圧電素子アレイの積
層方向の歪量により被制動部材に摩擦部材を押し
付けて制動力を得るブレーキ装置において、圧電
素子アレイを保持する保持部材とその圧電素子ア
レイとの間に緩衝部材を設けたことを特徴とする
ブレーキ装置。
