第１図は、本考案のプラスチツクス―セラミツ
クス複合ベアリングの一例を示す断面図である。
第２図ないし第４図は、いずれも本考案の複合ベ
アリングの構成部品を説明するものであつて、第
２図Ａは外輪の断面図、第２図ＢはＡの矢視図で
あり、第３図Ａは押え板の断面図、第３図ＢはＡ
の矢視図であり、第４図Ａは内輪の断面図、第４
図ＢはＡの矢視図である。第５図は、ニードルと
スペーサーの配置を示す、軸に垂直な断面図であ
る。 １…外輪、２…内輪、３…押え板、４…スペー
サー、５…ニードル。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 断面Ｌ字形の外輪１、複数のニードル５お
    よびニードルスペーサー４、ニードルの軌道２１
    をそなえた内輪２、ならびに押えリング３から構
    成され、外輪１、内輪２、押えリング３およびス
    ペーサー４がプラスチツクス製であつて、外輪と
    押えリングとは前者の内側に設けた溝１１または
    突起と後者の外周に設けた突起３１または溝との
    嵌合により一体化し、ニードル５はセラミツク製
    であり、スペーサー４はツヅミ形の断面を有し、
    個々にニードルの間に配置されていることを特徴
    とするプラスチツクス―セラミツクス複合ベアリ
    ング。 (2) プラスチツクスとして、フツ素樹脂、ポリ
    アミド、芳香族ポリアミド、ポリアセタール、ポ
    リブチレンテレフタレートまたはポリカーボネー
    トを使用した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の複
    合ベアリング。 (3) セラミツクスとして、アルミナ、窒化ケイ
    素、炭化ケイ素またはジルコニアを使用した実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項の複合ベアリング。
