第1図は従来用いられている複合軸受の断面図、第2図
、第3図、第4図および第5図はそれぞれこの考案によ
る非分離型複合軸受の実施例の要部の断面図である。 図中符号1は外側軸受部材、2は内側軸受部材、3はラ
ジアル軸受部材、31は係止部、32は制限部、4は針
状ころである。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)平面部を有する一方の軸受部材と、前記平面部と
    対向する平面部を有する他方の軸受部材の、前記それぞ
    れの平面部の間に多数のころを配設してなるスラスト軸
    受において、前記一方の軸受部材の内周縁に該内周縁よ
    り立上った制限フランジを設け、前記他方の軸受部材の
    内周縁には該内周縁につながる軸方向の円筒部を設け、
    該円筒部の内周面に、合成樹脂製で中空円筒状のラジア
    ル軸受部材を嵌合保持してラジアル軸受部を形成すると
    共に、前記中空円筒状のラジアル軸受部材の反嵌合保持
    側の端部に前記制限フランジの内径よりも大径の制限部
    を設け、該制限部と前記制限フランジとを係合させて、
    前記一方の軸受部材と前記他方の軸受部材との分離を防
    止したことを特徴とする非分離型複合軸受。
  2. (2)  実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、制
    限フランジが斜めに内方に立上ったテーバフランジであ
    る非分離型複合軸受。
  3. (3)  実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に
    おいて、ラジアル軸受部材は制限部と反対側の端部に他
    方の軸受部材の円筒部の内径よりも大径で、かつ前記円
    筒部の端縁と接触する係止部を有し、前記制限部又は係
    止部のいずれか一方を弾性変形させて前記円筒部に組付
    けられている非分離型複合軸受。
  4. (4)  実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項において、ラ
    ジアル軸受部材の係止部は数ケ所等配に設けられており
    、該係止部側の端面および内周面に、係止部の弾性変形
    を容易にする切欠きを設けた非分離型複合軸受。
