て、 前記シリンダの投入口の端面近傍にシリンダの
内側へ通じる収容空間を設けるとともに、スリー
ブ形状であつて導電性のガイドをガイドの軸心が
シリンダの軸心と略直交するように収容空間に嵌
め込み、一部のみがシリンダの内周面からシリン
ダの内側へ突出しうる導電性の受圧球を受圧球の
一部がシリンダの内側へ突出した状態でガイド内
に収容し、シリンダに関して受圧球の外側にガイ
ドとは絶縁した状態で電極を固定するとともに電
極の受圧球側の面に複合圧電フイルムを貼着し、
電極とガイドとを接続端子としたことを特徴とす
