Claims (1)
- 紫外線を放射する放電灯を囲んで紫外線を透過
する二重管形の水冷筒を配設してなる紫外線照射
装置において、上記放電灯の外周面に、水冷筒の
内周面に接触して放電灯と水冷筒との間隙を規制
する突起部を設けたことを特徴とする紫外線照射
装置。
