着し、前記ブスバーに連成されたタブ状端子をコ
ネクタハウジング底壁の端子貫通孔から突出させ
てなる電気接続箱において、前記タブ状端子と端
子貫通孔との間隙を含む筐体の外壁面に剥離性被
膜を形成して前記間隙を密封し、前記筐体内に樹
脂を充填して前記配線板組立体の全周を硬化モー
ルドし、前記剥離性被膜を除去してなることを特
