- 酸化チタンを主成分として平板状に形成された
焼結体に、厚み方向に貫通する複数個の貫通孔を
、間隔を隔てて設けると共に、該焼結体の両面上
の貫通孔のまわりに、互いに独立する電極および
共通電極をそれぞれ設けたバリスタと、前記バリ
スタの前記貫通孔毎に貫通して設けられ前記独立
する電極のそれぞれに導通接続させた貫通端子と
を有することを特徴とするサージ保護付ノイズフ
イルタ。
