させるようにした住棟用空調システムにおいて、
前記端末ヒートポンプユニツトに一端が四方弁の
一つの冷媒流通口と空気熱交換器との接続中点に
、他端が絞り機構と前記熱媒体熱交換器との接続
中点にそれぞれ接続したバイパス管路を設け、該
バイパス管路には冷媒流通を制御する弁と、該熱
媒体熱交換器内に配管した熱交換コイルとを設け
