入する若干大径の駆動機構側ドライブシヤフトパ
イプとで形成し、前記大径ドライブシヤフトパイ
プの端部に伸縮固定具と駆動機構停止スイツチを
配設し、さらに停止スイツチの操作レバーを細径

方向に沿いかつ周方向に所定の角度で延在するレ
バー操作部に臨ませることを特徴とする手持ち作
