- 多数の孔が設けられた多孔部と孔を有しない無
孔部からなる円筒状被試験材に熱応力を付加する
装置において、上記多孔部を囲繞する加熱・冷却
装置と上記無孔部を囲繞する加熱・冷却装置をそ
れぞれ配設するとともに上記各加熱・冷却装置に
それぞれ温度制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする
熱応力付加装置。
