- 顕微鏡（光学顕微鏡）にカメラを取り付け、捉
えた映像をイメージセンサーにより白、黒の２値
化に変換し、その映像を信号処理器により、更に
変換の上、デジタルカウンターにより表示し、そ
のとき良否の限界をデジタルカウンターに設定し
ておき、合否の判定をすることを特徴とするパタ
ーン認識装置付き顕微鏡。
