(Prior art and its problems) Boards made of silicon carbide refractories, which are hard and hard to warp, are generally used as shelf boards for firing this type of ceramic product. After molding and firing, the finishing process involves polishing the receiving surface of the fired product, and when slight warping occurs due to repeated use, it takes time and effort to correct it. There are various problems such as the processing tools being expensive.

(Function) This kind of shelf board for firing ceramic products uses one of the refractory layers as a receiving surface for the product to be fired. If you want to correct warpage caused by repeated use, you can simply polish the refractory layer laminated on both sides, which is easy to polish, with a tool using a normal correction grindstone such as a silicon carbide grindstone.

In this structure, a plate material 1 made of hard silicon carbide refractory that does not easily warp during firing serves as a shape-retaining core material, and cordierite refractory, siamots refractory, and mullite refractory are coated on both sides. Although it warps during the firing process like refractories and alumina refractories, it has a three-layer structure in which the refractory layer 2, which is easy to polish, is laminated together, so it is easier to dry and bake than two-layered refractories. In addition to having little distortion, the intermediate silicon carbide refractory plate 1 acts as a core material and prevents warping of the refractory layer 2, not only during the firing process after molding but also during repeated use, making the material less likely to warp as a whole. In addition, finishing work performed by polishing the front and back surfaces that serve as the receiving surfaces of the fired product after molding and firing, and correction work to correct warpage caused by repeated use, can be done easily by polishing the surfaces that form both surfaces. Since these operations can be performed on the soft refractory layer 2, these operations are extremely easy, and the machining tools can be inexpensive ones using silicon carbide grindstones. Both the front and back refractory layers 2, 2, which have no delamination, can be used as receiving surfaces by simply flipping them over, and correction work is easy, so just by polishing the refractory layer 2, the surface precision can be maintained like new for a long period of time. It is extremely economical because it can be used repeatedly and reduces manufacturing and running costs. Therefore, in order to manufacture such a shelf board, a mold is filled with clay corresponding to the lower refractory layer 2, which is easy to polish, and an uneven surface 3 is formed by embossing, and then An uneven surface 4 is formed by filling a layer of clay corresponding to the silicon carbide refractory plate 1 to the required thickness and stamping it again, and then forming the upper refractory layer 2 which can be easily polished. Either fill the clay in the same manner and pressurize and integrate the green substrates in which the clay corresponding to plate material 1 forms the intermediate layer into a plate shape to form a green substrate with a three-layer structure, and then bake this after demolding. A silicon carbide refractory plate material 1 with uneven surfaces 3 and 3 on the front and back sides is formed and fired, and then a soft material corresponding to the refractory layers 2 and 2, which can be easily polished, is coated on both the front and back sides of the material. The refractory layer 2 can be easily obtained by depositing the layers, firing them, and finishing the refractory layers 2, 2 by polishing. Note that during molding, a substance that promotes adhesion between the two may be added in advance to the green material corresponding to the plate material 1 or the refractory layer 2 by exuding amorphous low-melting material during firing.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention has a hard silicon carbide refractory in which the middle part is hard to warp during firing;
Because it is a three-layer structure with both the front and back layers made of a soft refractory material that can be easily polished without delamination due to its uneven surface, there is extremely little warping or distortion during manufacturing, and the front and back surfaces can be finished and corrected. It is extremely easy to use, and both the corrected front and back surfaces can be used as receiving surfaces for the product to be fired, so it can be used repeatedly for a long period of time.The simple structure makes it possible to provide it at low cost, and together with this, it has great practical value. It's a big thing.
