【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透明基板上に、帯状の透明薄膜配線からな
る下側電極と、該透明薄膜配線と直交する帯状の
薄膜配線からなる上側電極と、両電極に挾持され
た発光層とを設けた薄膜発光素子において、透明
基板上の下側電極が設けられていない領域に、上
側電極の帯状薄膜配線と平行で、かつ上側電極の
帯状薄膜配線の巾およびピツチと同じか又はそれ
以下の温度補償用導電性ストライプを、各々が電
気的に非接続の形で透明基板に直接列設してある
ことを特徴とする薄膜発光素子。 (2) 該温度補償用ストライプが該下側電極と同
材質である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
薄膜発光素子。
