イオード、７はコンデンサ、８はタイミング検出
回路、９は電圧検出回路、１０は比較回路、１１
は比較器、１２〜１３は抵抗、１４は遅延回路で
ある。１５は制御回路３からのスタート信号、１
６は電圧検出回路９の出力信号、１７は制御回路
３への制御信号、１８は直流電源からのバイアス
信号である。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または
相当部分を示す。
