Conventional structure and its problems Conventionally, in a load cell weighing device that uses a strain sensor such as a strain gauge to detect the deformation of a frame-shaped metal body due to its weight, it is difficult to detect water bubbles or the like when installing the load cell horizontally. An important issue is where to attach the level used, and if it is attached far away from the load cell or directly attached to the outer peripheral resin member such as the upper cover, it tends to become distorted. In particular, if the top cover is removed during repair work, it is difficult to check the alignment of the load cell and the level. It is difficult to install a level near the weighing pan because it may displace the weighing pan or a loaded object may get in the way, so the level is installed away from the weighing pan. There were also problems such as overlooking.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention aims at integrating the load cell and the level by directly fixing the level to the upper part of the stand that holds the load cell. In addition, openings are provided in the internal mechanism and the top cover to expose the level just below the weighing pan, and a transparent viewing window attached to the weighing pan allows you to easily check the horizontal state from above the weighing pan. The aim is to provide a highly reliable weighing device with fewer oversights.

In the apparatus, an upright stand 8 is erected on a horizontally placed substrate 7 to hold the load cell horizontally. The head 8a of the stand 8 is formed with a part for attaching the level 25 by bending the upper part to facilitate bending adjustment when installing the level.
A narrowed portion 28 with a narrowed plate width is formed. Reference numeral 9 denotes a fixed end 10 of a parallel beam type load cell 10 having a sensor (not shown) for measuring load on the upper part.
11 is a bracket attached to the free end 200 of the load cell 10, and 12 is a bolt that fixes the bracket 11. Reference numeral 13 denotes a rectangular frame-shaped member (hereinafter referred to as a frame member) that surrounds substantially the center of the parallel beam 14 of the load cell in a non-contact manner. 1
Reference numerals 5 and 16 indicate leaf springs that are passed between the bracket 11 and the frame member 13, and are fixed with a presser plate 17 and set screws 18. Reference numeral 20 denotes a base plate which is fixed onto the frame member 13 with fixing screws 19 and on which the weighing pan 3 is placed via a support 21. The weighing pan 3 is fixed to the support 21 with screws 22. Note that there is also a method for attaching the weighing pan 3, such as attaching a pin erected on the weighing pan 3 to a support 21 made of an elastic material. A leaf spring 15 is attached to the base plate 20.
An opening 23 for escaping contact with the stand 8 and an opening 24 for passing a level 25 attached to the stand 8 are provided. Further, there is an opening 26 in the upper case above the level 25, so that the level 25 can be seen through a peephole 6 made of a transparent material and inserted into the weighing pan 3. Reference numeral 27 denotes stopper fittings for regulating the movement of the four corners of the base plate 20. A set screw 29 screwed into the base plate 20 adjusts the distance from the stopper fitting 27. 30 is a leg that adjusts the level of the device.

In the above configuration, when an object to be weighed is placed on the weighing pan 3, the support column 21 penetrates through the upper case 1 without contacting it;
A load is applied to the base plate 20 and further to the frame member 13. Frame member 13 and two parallel leaf springs 15, 16
The parallel motion mechanism consisting of the bracket 11 transmits vertical loads to the free end 200 of the load cell. These two parallel leaf springs 15 and 16 temporarily bend greatly to absorb the impact load and gradually transmit it to the load cell, thereby increasing the safety of the load cell. To adjust the level 25 when assembling, remove the weighing pan 3 and top cover 1, place the entire weighing device on a horizontal stand, and while watching the instructions on the level 25, insert the Set the level correctly by bending the part 28, etc. The user attaches the weighing pan 3 and the upper cover 1 and adjusts the measuring device while checking the instructions by looking into the level through the viewing window 6 so that the weighing device is placed on a horizontal surface.

Effects of the Invention The present invention has the above-described configuration, and since the level can be observed from above the weighing pan, the level can be easily seen without overlooking the level confirmation. Additionally, since the level is directly attached to a part of the stand that holds the load cell, the reliability of leveling is high. Furthermore, the configuration of this device does not affect the weighing mechanism, and the level is directly connected to the load cell stand.As mentioned above, if the load cell and level are assembled as a load cell stand unit, assembly of the device will be easier. Adjustment work becomes easier, and horizontal adjustment is no longer necessary during overhaul work.
