【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 変速機ケースに回転自在に軸支されるシヤ
フトにクラツチハブを固定するとともに、ギヤス
プラインを備えた変速ギヤを回転自在に組み付け
、クラツチハブ外周にスプライン嵌合したスリー
ブを前記ギヤスプラインに係合させることにより
動力伝達する同期噛合装置を備え、更に前記シヤ
フトにその一端から軸方向へ延びる給油孔とその
径方向へ延びて外周および前記給油孔に開口する
流出孔を設けるとともに、前記変速機ケースの上
方内部に掻き上げられた潤滑油を受け止めるオイ
ルレシーバとこのオイルレシーバを前記シヤフト
の一端開口部に接続する連通路を設けて、掻き上
げられた潤滑油を前記給油孔および流出孔を通し
て前記シヤフト上の各変速ギヤの軸受部、摺動部
等へ供給するようにした歯車変速機において、 前記変速ギヤの軸受部から更に前記スリーブの
スプラインとギヤスプラインとの噛合部分へ潤滑
油を供給する潤滑油通路を形成したことを特徴と
する歯車変速機の潤滑機構。 (2) 前記変速ギヤは歯部を備えたギヤ本体の肩
部にギヤスプラインを備えた別体のスプラインピ
ースがスプライン圧入嵌合にて固定されてなる2
分割ギヤからなり、前記潤滑油通路は径方向に延
びてスプライン加工逃げ用環状溝および前記軸受
部に開口する小孔と、同じく径方向に延びて前記
