- ポンプボデイ内にベアリングを介して回転軸を
支承し、該回転軸に固設されるインペラと前記ベ
アリングとの間にメカニカルシールを設け、該メ
カニカルシールに近接して前記ポンプボデイの下
部に水抜き穴を設けたウオータポンプにおいて、
前記水抜き穴にスポンジを装着し、その一部が外
部に突出された、ウオータポンプ。
