Claims (1)
出し面の側に、この空気吹き出し面から所定の間
隔を開けて空気吹き出し面と実質上平行に多孔整
流体層を設置してなるクリーンルーム用空気吹き
出し構造において、前記の多孔整流体層としてメ
ツシユ、布、またはこれに類する通気性の膜を使
用し、この通気性の膜をグリツド、ルーバーまた
はこれに類する開口板状体の上に平面的に拡げ乗
せたことを特徴とするクリーンルーム用空気吹き
出し構造。 (2) 通気性の膜として所定の幅をもつ帯状の長
尺膜を使用し、その長手方向に沿う側縁を互いに
つなぎ合わせることによつて平面的な広がりをも
つ必要面積の膜面に形成する実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載のクリーンルーム用空気吹き出し
構造。 (3) 長尺膜のつなぎ合わせは、フイルター枠か
ら前記の開口板状体を吊るすための吊り金具を利
用して行う実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の
クリーンルーム用空気吹き出し構造。 (4) 吊り金具は、上端がフイルター枠に支持さ
れる吊りボルトと、この吊りボルトに水平方向に
支持される下面にスリツト状の開口を有した中空
筒と、この中空筒の中に挿入され且つスリツト状
開口より大径の棒状体からなるストツパー部材と
、このストツパー部材に上端が支持され該スリツ
ト状開口を経て下端が前記の開口板状体に接続さ
れる接続具とからなり、長尺膜の側縁がストツパ
ー部材と中空筒の該スリツト状開口との間に挟み
込まれる実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載のク
