泡樹脂膜類、またはこれに類する多孔性の膜体を
使用し、この多孔性の膜体を、互いに所定の間隔
をあけて実質上平行に多層に枠に張り渡して枠付
き多重膜ユニツトに構成し、この枠付き多重膜ユ
ニツトを互いに平面的に隣接させることによつて
必要面積の通気抵抗体層に形成してなるクリーン
