で係脱操作されるラツチ部材を設けてロツク機構
を構成し、 座席側レールと車体側レールとの滑動位置に応
じて、前記係止部の係合孔または係合切欠の大き
さまたは深さを変化させ、前記ラツチ部材の係合
深さに応じて前記操作ハンドルの係脱操作時の変
位寸法が変るよう該ラツチ部材と操作ハンドルと
を連結したことを特徴とするシートスライド装置
