Claims (1)
- 広帯域特性の高周波回路と、この高周波回路の
入力又は出力端のいずれか一方に接続される第１
のアツテネータと、この第１のアツテネータ及び
前記高周波回路を含めた回路の出力ポートに接続
され、前記出力ポートより見たインピーダンス特
性のうち所望の特性インピーダンスから離れた点
のインピーダンスを整合させる整合回路と、この
整合回路の出力ポートに接続される第２のアツテ
ネータとを具備したことを特徴とする広帯域整合
回路。
