、前記栓本体上凹部内にて水平位置から上下方向
に傾動自在に枢支されるノズル体とからなり、上
傾動する前記ノズル体の端内にはノズル口が設け
られ、さらに前記ノズル体には前記栓本体の筒状
流路に対向嵌合される内壁封止筒体及び外壁封止
筒体が設けられ、前記ノズル口と前記外壁封止筒
体が連通されるとともに、前記ノズル口にはノズ
ル絞管が内設され、前記筒状流路に空隙を有して
内嵌される液体導管が前記容器の略内底面に至り
