Conventionally, the manufacturing method for pure water/ultra pure water liquid tanks, highly corrosion resistant liquid tanks, highly heat resistant liquid tanks, etc. has been to manufacture cylindrical or prismatic water tanks made of steel plates, plastics, etc. 2M to 31
Proposals included fluororesin sheets of approximately 1W being glued together at room temperature and welding the seams between the sheets, coating with fluororesin paint, and laminating sheets of several tens of micrometers.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) <Problems with the Prior Art> FRP unit panels are made using a heat press method, have good moldability, are relatively corrosion resistant, and are heat resistant up to about 80 degrees. Therefore, it is suitable for hot water storage tanks and drinking water storage tanks, etc., but it is not suitable for liquid tanks that store liquids that require high corrosion resistance or high heat resistance of approximately 100 degrees or more. It was said that However, although the FR and P unit panels themselves had poor heat resistance in the parts that were in direct contact with the liquid, they had a high degree of thermal deformation and were extremely strong in tensile strength and the like.

The conventional manufacturing method for the former method is to adhere a fluororesin sheet to the aquarium and then weld the seams of this sheet, or the fluororesin sheet itself is difficult to adhere or weld in this way, and manual processing requires heat. Coupled with the difficulty of crimping, the sheet easily peeled off, making the usage unstable and extremely dangerous.

On the other hand, to explain one manufacturing method of the unit panel according to the present invention, first, a sheet 3 made of thermoplastic fluororesin with a thickness of about 0.3 cm or more is heated to a predetermined temperature, and the back side of the sheet 3 is heated. A so-called physical treatment such as thermo-compression bonding of media such as fiber pieces, miscellaneous cloth, non-woven fabric, powder, granular solids, fluororesin and other resin materials that have an affinity for FRP, or a physical treatment of the panel body 6 The sheet 3 is chemically treated to facilitate adhesion to the FRP, and the bonding pieces 2 are folded approximately at right angles toward the back surface of the sheet 3 on the peripheral edge of the rectangular sheet main plate 1, as shown in FIG. The main sheet plate 1 is molded into a predetermined shape by a vacuum forming method, a pressure forming method, a press method, etc. so that the reinforcing portion 7 is expanded toward the back side in the central portion of the sheet main plate 1 excluding the peripheral edge portion.

Next, as shown in FIG.
An upper mold 10 formed in substantially the same shape as the back surface side of is placed above and below, and this upper mold 10 is raised. Thereafter, the front side of the sheet 3 is placed on the lower mold 9 as shown in FIG. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 8, a molded material (SMC), which is the raw material for the panel body 6 made of FRP, is superimposed on the back surface of the sheet main plate 1 of the sheet 3. In this step, if the back side of the sheet 3 is not physically treated in the first step but only chemically treated, there is an affinity for fluororesin and FRP between the molded material of the panel body 6 and the sheet 3. Insert a medium such as glass IIN or adhesive to strengthen the adhesion. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the upper mold 10 is lowered and pressed while heating, and then the molded product is released from the mold and allowed to cool naturally as shown in FIG. Unit panel 8 is completed.

[Effects of the Invention] As mentioned above, the unit panels A, B, C, and D of the present invention have a thickness of approximately 0.3 mm or more and are thermoset on the back side of the sheet 3 made of thermoplastic fluororesin. Since the surface of the panel body 6 made of natural FRP is adhesively bonded, the strength of the FRP panel body 6, which is an advantage of FRP, is fully utilized, and the panel body 6 has the strength as an aquarium container. In addition, by taking full advantage of the excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance that are the advantages of the fluororesin of the sheet 3, each unit panel A and B is used when assembling the aquarium.

Moreover, the method for manufacturing unit panels A, B, C, and D of the present invention is such that fiber pieces, lIa cloth, nonwoven fabric, A physical or chemical treatment process of thermocompressing a medium such as powder, granular solids, fluororesin and other resin materials that have an affinity for FRP, and a φ process of molding this sheet 3 into a predetermined shape. A lower mold 9 whose upper surface is formed in approximately the same shape as the front surface side of the sheet 3 and an upper mold 10 whose lower surface is formed in approximately the same shape as the back surface side of the sheet 3 are placed one above the other. A step of raising the mold 10, a step of placing the front side of the sheet 3 on the lower mold 9, and a step of placing a molding material, which is the raw material for the FRPtj panel body 6, on the back surface of the sheet main plate 1 of the sheet 3. a step of sandwiching a medium such as an adhesive between the molding material and the sheet 3 in the case of the chemical treatment, and a step of overlapping the molding material and the sheet 3; a step of lowering the upper mold 10 and pressing the sheet 3 while heating; By manufacturing this molded product through the process of releasing it from the mold and allowing it to cool naturally, there are no welded seams in the sheet unlike in the past, so peeling of the sheet 3 can be reliably prevented, and the sheet 3 made of fluororesin can be reliably prevented from peeling. Since the thickness of the tube is approximately 0.3 mm or more, damage, cracking, water penetration, etc. can be reliably prevented, so the condition of use is stable and extremely safe.

[Claims] 1. A sheet made of thermoplastic fluororesin and having a thickness of approximately 0.3 mm or more and having joint pieces for assembling an aquarium folded toward the back side of the peripheral edge of a rectangular sheet main plate. The main sheet plate and the back side of each joint piece of this sheet are heated so that joint pieces for aquarium assembly are folded toward the back side of the peripheral edge of the rectangular main panel plate corresponding to the main sheet plate. A unit panel for a panel-type aquarium, characterized in that the surface of the panel body made of hardening FRP is bonded. 2. On the back side of the thermoplastic fluororesin sheet with a thickness of approximately 0.3 mm or more, fiber pieces, fiber cloth, nonwoven fabric, powder, granular solids, and other materials that are compatible with the fluororesin and FRP are attached. A step of physically or chemically bonding a medium such as a resin material by thermocompression, a step of molding this sheet into a predetermined shape, and a lower mold whose upper surface is formed in approximately the same shape as the front surface side of the sheet, and the lower surface thereof. a step of placing upper molds formed in substantially the same shape as the back side of the sheet above and below, raising the upper mold, and placing the front side of the sheet on the lower mold, A step of placing a molding material, which is a raw material for the FRP panel body, on the back side of the main sheet plate of the sheet, and inserting a medium such as an adhesive between the molding material and the sheet in the case of the chemical treatment. A method for producing a unit panel for a panel-type aquarium, comprising the steps of stacking them together, lowering an upper mold to press them together while heating, and releasing the molded product and allowing it to cool naturally.
