第１図は、この考案の一実施例によるマイクロ
波レベル計、第２図は従来のマイクロ波レベル計
である。 図中、１は円錐ホーンリフレクタアンテナ、２
ａはマジツクＴ、３はマイクロ波部、４は信号処
理部、５はＶＣＯ、６はミキサである。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- マイクロ波部からアンテナ部を経由して放射さ
れる周波数ｆ１のマイクロ波がＬの距離を経て反
射され、周波数ｆ２のマイクロ波としてアンテナ
部へ入射し、上記マイクロ波部で△ｆｂ＝ｆ１―
ｆ２の信号にミキシングされた後、信号処理部で
電圧値として変換され、上記Ｌの違いにより、電
圧値が変化することを利用したマイクロ波レベル
計において、上記アンテナ部としてホーンリフレ
クタアンテナを用いたことを特徴とするマイクロ
波レベル計。
