る薄刃砥石において、中央部の上記砥粒層として
、金属結合剤中に超砥粒を固定してなるメタルボ
ンド砥粒層を形成し、かつこのメタルボンド砥粒
層の両側部に金属めつき相中に超砥粒を固定して
なる厚さ寸法が50μm以下の電着砥粒層を形成
するとともに、上記電着砥粒層に含まれる超砥粒
の平均粒径を上記メタルボンド砥粒層に含まれる
超砥粒の平均粒径より小さくしたことを特徴とす
る薄刃砥石。 (2) 上記電着砥粒層内に固体潤滑剤を分散せし
めたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項記載の薄刃砥石。 (3) 上記メタルボンド砥粒層における超砥粒の
含有率は、上記電着砥粒層における超砥粒の含有
