を現像剤槽に臨ませて回転自在に設け、このスリ
ーブ上に磁性キヤリアと磁性トナーとを混合して
なる現像剤を付着せしめ、前記スリーブの回転に
よりスリーブ上に形成した磁気ブラシを前記画像
担体表面に摺擦して前記静電荷像を現像する静電
荷像現像装置において、前記スリーブの回転方向
からみて前記磁気ブラシの穂長を規制する部材の
上流側に配置される現像剤槽開口部のスリーブ周
方向の幅を１５mm以内に形成したことを特徴とす
