Claims (1)
現像容器;回転スリーブ部材と、周方向に間隔を置いて
位置する複数個の磁極を有し且つ該回転スリーブ部材内
に配設された静止永久磁石とを具備する現像剤適用機構
;及びトナー粒子排出開口を有するトナー粒子収容器と
、該トナー粒子排出開口に配設された回転トナー粒子供
給ローラとを具備するトナー粒子供給機構を備え;該現
像剤適用機構の該回転スリーブ部材の回転に応じて、現
像剤汲み上げ域にて該現像容器内に存在する現像剤の一
部が該回転スリーブ部材の表面に磁気的に吸引保持され
て現像剤の磁気ブラシが形成され、決いて現像域にて該
磁気ブラシが現像すべき静電潜像を有する部材の表面に
接触せしめられて該静電潜像にトナー粒子が施され、し
かる後にトナー粒子供給域1こて該磁気ブラシが該トナ
ー粒子供給機構の該回転トナー粒子供給ローラの表面に
接触せしめられて該回転トナー粒子供給ローラの表面か
ら該磁気ブラシにトナー粒子が供給され、次いで現像剤
剥離域にて該現像剤適用機構の該回転ス −リーブ部
材の表面から該磁気ブラシを形成している現像剤が剥離
されて該現像容器に戻される型の磁気ブラシ式現像装置
において; 該現像剤適用機構の該回転スリーブ部材の表面と該トナ
ー粒子供給機構の該回転トナー粒子供給ローラの表面と
は、該現像剤適用機構の該静止永久磁石の複数個の磁極
