Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. セラミツク基材の内外表面の各一部に電極を形
    成すると共に、外表面に白金触媒層を形成してな
    るセンサ部を有し、該センサ部の大気に接触させ
    た内表面側の電極と、機関排気に接触させた外表
    面側の電極との間に発生する起電力により機関排
    気の酸素濃度を検出するようにした内燃機関用酸
    素センサにおいて、前記白金触媒層の外表面に窒
    素酸化物の還元反応を促進させる還元触媒層を設
    けてセンサ部を形成すると共に、該センサ部の加
    熱用ヒータと、センサ部の温度を所定範囲に保つ
    よう前記加熱用ヒータを制御する制御手段とを設
    けたことを特徴とする内燃機関用酸素センサ。
