Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 充電用の第１のコンデンサに充電された電荷を
放電させ、その放電電流を出力パルスの波頭調整
用の第２のコンデンサを含むパルス出力回路に与
えてこのパルス出力回路からパルスを出力するパ
ルスジエネレータにおいて、 上記第１のコンデンサは筒状の複数の部分コン
デンサに分割されており、これら部分コンデンサ
の間に筒状の第２のコンデンサが配置されている
ことを特徴とするパルスジエネレータ用同軸形コ
ンデンサ。
